After graduating in hospitality Management, Thomas worked for five star hotels in India, for the Taj Mahal Group of Hotels, and in Dubai, for Jumeirah Beach Hotels & Hilton Hotels. Thomas came to the UK and worked in several upmarket London restaurants for more than a decade. He has now ventured into business as a director at the Thyme & Chillies restaurant.
After graduating in Hospitality Management, Sanjay successfully established two restaurants in West Sussex, Meghdoots Mystique Masala at Petworth and the Banyan Restaurant at the Kings Arms public house in Fernhurst.
Drs. Mayank Gupta and Nita Gupta
Mayank, an orthopaedic surgeon, and Nita, a dental surgeon, have a passion for food and have always wanted to venture into the restaurant sector.

The Thyme & Chillies restaurant boasts a Tandoor Chef and a Curry Chef. Together they have combined experience of more than twenty years in the restaurant industry and have worked for some of the top restaurants in India, Dubai and the United kingdom.
Our Maitre d’ and Sommelier have worked on luxury cruise liners for many years and will have pleasure serving you.
