Watch.

Watch Mili in her element as she brings Indian home cooking to life with passion and ease. Each session features the preparation of a starter, main and an Indian bread, showcasing traditional techniques made simple. As aromas fill the air, guests are invited to sample every dish along the way—freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and utterly delicious.

Learn.

As Mili cooks, she shares her wealth of knowledge about Indian home cuisine—offering insights into spice blending, essential techniques, and the traditions behind each dish. With helpful tips and easy-to-follow guidance, you’ll gain the confidence to recreate authentic flavours in your own kitchen.

Eat.

Following the demonstration, guests are invited to relax in our restaurant and enjoy the full meal, freshly prepared and beautifully served. Mili will personally visit each table, ready to chat and answer questions—ensuring a truly personal and memorable dining experience.

THE ARTISAN BAKEHOUSE

The morning starts with a welcome coffee/tea & cookies from 11am and then the demonstration will commence at 11.30am and run for approx. 2 – 2.5 hours, with time for Q&A’s. You will then be able to enjoy a delicious meal with a choice of wine or soft drink, pudding, coffee/tea included.

Beautiful 16th Century Sussex Farmhouse & Bakehouse set in 5 acres of pretty gardens and woodland with self-catering holiday cottages and luxury shepherd hut for the perfect rural stay.
